Nawei Means “That Rose 那薇“ also the name of my lovely young daughter . This inspires me to share the wonderful art of my country and region, with all the beautiful people in my life’s journey. Huimin has been an active Singapore based Art Dealer for 14 years, helping art lovers to “Add beauty to your living”. For many years she focused on discovering exciting new artists in China & South East Asia, then bringing their work to Singapore for her art lover clients.
In recent years, since international economic alignments have begun to shift, Gallery Nawei has added an extra focus. The Artists of Brazil, Russia, India and China (BRIC) show a new confidence, widely considered an early indicator of future economic trends. Their art has vibrancy, colour and much artistic merit, providing exciting new opportunities for both art lovers and art investors.
